Peer Teaching

09/02/2021 - 23/02/2021

On the basis of 4th semester internalship we started online peer teaching on February 9th. The class was divided in to 2 groups. My topic was" Economic development" from the class of 9. We are take in class for through google meet. Ict, blackboard also.

On the second day we started classes to 8:30 to 9:00 p.m.. And my topic is economic growth. For the preparation of my class I also use internet and textbook. I also used ICT blackboard.

On 3rd day, at 8:30 to 9:00 p.m. I handle the 9th class. Chapter was economic growth and economic development. It was more effective class.

On the fourth day I handle the chapter was the river valley civilization on the topic was Egyptian civilization. I also you start ICT blackboard Etc.5

On 5th day but February 13th I started online class at 8:30 p.m.. I taken the class the chapter was in in search of Earth and the topic is formation of soil. I also use ICT chat video extra it was more convenient to students for understand the concept.

On 6th day but February 14,I Tekken the class on the chapters of early human life and the topic was mesolithic age.Which was more interesting then other topi because I used so much of videos ICT chat.It was more convenient to understand the concept.

On On the 7th day of February 15th I started class at sharp 8:30.I selected topics for 8th standard which was India and economic planning.And the sub topic is planning commission and 5 year plan.I also used ICT chat blackboard.

On 8 day February 16,I started at 8:30 p.m. ice cubes to start chapter Indian constitution right and fundamental duties and the sub unit was right to equality.

On the 9th day of February 17th I choose 9th standard chapter,topic you was mediaeval Eastern cities. I also used chart map,ICT.

Online Teaching

School based Teaching 08/02/2021 - 24/02/2021

On 8 th February 2021, our 4th semester internship started. I got Govt GHSS Cottonhill,TVPM.as per the decision of our college authority.

On 5 th February 2021, we approached the school for further clarifications. A group of 10 students from each optional got the Cotton hill school. We went the school and met Headmistress of the school and handover the attendance sheet and letter from our college. Due to the pandemic period ,the classes taken through online mode. So our concerned teacher gave a timetable ,class and portions for teaching. I take the classes through google meet. I got 8 th and 9 th classes for teaching I take classes in these classes alternative days. weekly 3 classes for each standard. I got time for teaching from 7 to 8 pm everyday. The internship started on 8 th February and ended on 24 th February . It was a 15 days online teaching. practice.

Weekly Journal

FIRST WEEK

( 8/2/21- 13/2/21)

The teaching practice started on 8/2/21. The classes was through google meet. My time schedule was in 7 to 8 pm. Monday, wednesday, friday I taken classes for 9 th standard and Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday classes taken for 8 th standard. In the standard i got the chapter " Kerala from Eighth To Eighteenth century" and the 8 th standard I got the chapters Blanket of the Earth and Social groups and Social control. I prepared lesson plan and teaching aids. This situation more suitable teaching aid is ICT. Everyday I put the link for online classes in their whatsapp groups at 6.55 pm and students join the meeting at 7 pm. I am face much difficulty in the first days. But later days i improve it. Already we experienced with the online classes .In the first week I took3 concept for each classes. I take the class effectively with the help of ICT. I'm prepared power point presentations of each topics.

SECOND WEEK

( 15/2/21- 20/2/21)

The main incidents that happened this week is

There is nothing special in this week. I took classes for 8th and 9th in alternatives days. In 8th standard I completed one chapter. The students asked their doubts in the classes and they actively participated in the learning process. In the 8 h standard their were 20 students attend the meet and in the 9th standard 15/17 students attend the meet.

THIRD WEEK

( 22/2/21- 23/2/21)

In this week is the last week of internship. Only 3 classes i got . I completed my portions and conduct Achievement test in each classes. And also conducted conscientaization programme on the topic " Effect on mobile phone uses in students life" in the class 8th standard. It was a good experience to me. My students gave me good feedback to me.It was a good experience to me. the internship ended on 24th February 2021.
